Here's some information about Stephen's Place:
Stephen's Place is in Vancouver, Washington, just across the river from Portland, Oregon.
We have 24-7 certified care, state-of-the-art apartments, and we keep life around here fresh with our huge range of daily activities that are available to participate in.
Some of our activities include gardening, art, accessible nature hikes, prom night, karaoke, fishing, kayaking, movie nights, fitness classes, and more. Our garden club also provides seasonal herbs and vegetables which are then prepared by our incredible chefs for the residents to enjoy.
With lots of partners around the area, we also provide work placement when we can.
Every other week, we send out a light and fun email newsletter to keep family members up-to-date on what residents have been up to.
Rent for apartments starts at $4,570 for studio apartments and $4,850 a month for our larger apartments. Please check our website for floor plans.
We are private-pay and rent for a Stephen's Place apartment includes all services, programming, three fresh meals per day, two snacks per day, and caregiving from our incredible Residential Coordinators who are certified nursing assistants.
In addition, we have a full-time Registered Nurse to help support resident care and medication management.
Unfortunately, we are unable to use government benefits for rent at this time.
