Eggnog Ice CreamGrab your nearest whisk and a mixing bowl, and you’ve got all the tools you need for the yummiest no-churn ice cream this year.  First you beat heavy cream until it starts to get stiff, then you fold in the rest of the ingredients.  Chill overnight in a pan and then serve when softened.Ingredients:2 cups heavy cream¼ cup eggnog1 tablespoon ground nutmeg14 ounces sweetened condensed milk2. Red Velvet Cheesecake BitesThis classic party favorite is perfect for any social gathering.  First you beat the sugar and cream cheese until it’s fluffy, then add in the heavy cream and vanilla.  Freeze the mixture for 2 hours, then scoop the batter into small rounds and roll them in the red velvet crumbs.  Freeze again for an hour and you’re done!Ingredients:1 cup heavy cream½ of a baked red velvet cake, broken into crumbs¼ teaspoon vanilla16 ounces softened cream cheese2 tablespoons sugar3. Candy Cane Pretzel BarkThis is a fun twist on candy canes and chocolate covered pretzels, minus the hassle of dipping each pretzel individually.  Just line a 15X10 pan with foil, making sure it’s wrapped around the edges so it doesn’t move around.  Line up the pretzels along the bottom of the pan, then go melt the candy and gently pour over the pretzels.  Sprinkle some crushed up candy canes and freeze the pan to let it set.  Cut the bark into squares and viola!  This recipe is perfect if you don’t have a lot of ingredients on hand and have to make something in a hurry.Ingredients:16 ounces white candy meltsA bag of pretzelsCrushed up candy canes4. Gingerbread FudgeWhite chocolate, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg come together to make this festive treat come to life!  This one is super easy to make and is packed with sweet holiday flavor.  Combine the condensed milk and melted white chocolate in a bowl until well mixed.  Add in the spices, then stir in a little bit of the sprinkles, saving some for later.  Spread into a pan, add the leftover red and green sprinkles over the top and let set for one hour. Ingredients:1 cup sweetened condensed milk12 ounces white chocolate1 teaspoon ground nutmeg1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 teaspoon ground ginger½ tablespoon red sprinkles½ tablespoon green sprinkles5. Microwave Chocolate Mint FudgeAnother easy fudge recipe, instead of using an oven this calls for a microwave, microwave-safe bowls and Christmas spirit!  Combine the milk chocolate chips, ½ of the condensed milk and vanilla into a microwaveable bowl.  Alternate stirring and microwaving for 30 seconds each until melted.  In a separate bowl, combine the white chocolate chips with the rest of the condensed milk, peppermint extract and green food coloring.  Repeat the process of microwaving and stirring until melted.  Using an 8X8 pan lined with parchment paper, pour both mixtures in and use a spoon to create swirls.  Pop the pan into the fridge for four hours and you’ve got yourself a tasty holiday treat!
