Band Pull Aparts are great for inclusive training in a group, or for beginner to pro athletes. They're an easy way to strengthen your upper back, shoulders and overall posture. Hold both ends of the band and bring arms up to parallel with the ground.2. Pull hands apart from each other, pinching back together.3. Once arms are straight out to the side, return to starting position.4. Repeat 1-3.
