If you are doing this with your child (or partner) and they have a difficult time maintaining proper posture or sitting down under control, simply stand in front of them and allow them to use your hands as needed.
1) Start with feet slightly wider than shoulder width
2) While keeping your chest up and back straight, sit back onto the box under control.
3) Maintaining good posture, stand back up. Keep heels on ground throughout the movement.
